Avery Young, DVM

Dr. Young grew up in Salt Lake City. She has always enjoyed working with animals, both big and small. Her interests include at-home Hospice and End of Life Care. She enjoys seeing dogs, cats, and exotic patients, such as rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, turtles, reptiles, and birds. 

Education
Dr. Young received her undergraduate degree from Utah State University in 2010. She attended Ross University and finished her clinical training at Oklahoma State University in 2015. 

Achievements
She is a member of the AVMA and UVMA.

Experience
Dr. Young has been practicing since 2015 in Salt Lake City for a small animal clinic.

Personal Life
When Dr. Young is not at work, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and three dogs. They hope to have a little farm with lots of animals soon.
