Animal Care Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in West Haven, Utah. Since 2006, Animal Care Veterinary Hospital has proudly served the West Haven community with comprehensive small animal veterinary care. We are a well-established, fast-paced practice with modern equipment, strong leadership, and a team that genuinely enjoys working together.

100% small animal practice
Average of 16–18 patients per day
Wellness appointments scheduled for 20 minutes
Sick and urgent care appointments scheduled for 30 minutes
Two technicians per doctor
Urgent care appointments available
House-call euthanasia services
Orthopedic specialist who performs advanced procedures at the hospital
Boarding and grooming facilities connected to the practice

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

We believe great medicine starts with a healthy work-life balance.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Four-day workweek for full-time veterinarians
One weekday off each week
Monday–Friday schedule only
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dedicated lunch break from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM daily
No weekends

Mentorship & Support for New Graduates

We are passionate about supporting new grads and helping them thrive. Our mentorship program includes:

Structured onboarding and orientation
One-on-one surgical training
Shadowing opportunities
Blocked appointment times for additional support and learning
Peer advisors and new graduate discussion groups
An environment where questions are welcomed and encouraged

New graduates are encouraged to grow at their own pace while having experienced doctors, leadership, and support staff readily available for guidance.
