Dr. Panter graduated from Washington State University in 2007. He joined our hospital in July 2008. He opened Animal Care Clearfield in July of 2013. His hobbies & interest includes horse back riding, being in the great outdoors, wood working & spending time with his family.

Dr. Raquel McBride graduated from Washington State University in 2016 and joined our hospital in June of 2016. She enjoys spending time outdoors, getting lost in a book, and making memories with family and fiends. Helping our four-legged family members live happy and healthy lives is her passion. She and her husband Randall have a cat, a dog, and three horses.
